Job Title: Facilities Coordinator

Salary: $50,000 to $60,000 + benefits

Job Type: Permanent, Monday to Friday 8:00am to 17:00pm

Start Date: 3rd September / ASAP

Resourcing Group is working in partnership with a unique and fast growing tech company based in Mountain View, California. They are looking to hire an experienced Facilities Coordinator who will provide a highly professional and efficient Front of House, Facilities and Executive support service to this corporate client

Main Responsibilities:

* You will be providing assistance to the facility management team

* Meet and greet guests and client ensuring your communication is off the highest standards at all time.

* Ensure guests are connected with their host and are aware of the safety protocols on site.

* Ensure client satisfaction is maintained

* Support the business with front of house security and keep accurate records and administration work as required.

* Work under your own initiative to ensure the office services are delivered and manage vendors and suppliers as required.

* Processes invoices and ensures proper cost center coding.

* Prepare conference rooms and meal set up for meetings, clean up post meetings

* Coordinate client meeting room bookings and ensure all requests are included on conference room calendars

* Work with team in addressing facilities helpdesk tickets. Ensuring timely action on requests assigned to you and prompt closure of tickets.

Essential Requirements:

* High School Diploma or GED

* 2 years facilities / related experience

* 1 year front of house / receptionist experience and face
