Job Title: Director of Operations

Location: New Jersey

Salary: $100,000 to $150,000 plus Bonus

Travel: 15%

Essential Duties

  1. You will be responsible for the day to day management of all east coast contracts
  2. Ensure all sites operate within budget and analyse their financial performances
  3. At all times, provide quality service to the client and meet the organizations business objectives
  4. Create lead generations through sales development and negotiate contract pricing
  5. Oversee and direct new contract mobilization and their compliance
  6. Meet and develop client relationships and expand current contracts
  7. Develop and coach the management team within the region and manage staff performance
  8. Create and distribute reports on region activity and deliver presentations to senior executives
  9. Review legal contracts and ensure accounts are adhering to company policies

Essential Requirements

  1. Minimum 10 years Facilities Management experience
  2. Must have managed FM service provider contracts previously such as janitorial, waste, engineering, electrical, security, sustainability and energy
  3. Must have worked in similar roles serving the needs of commercial buildings, airports, prisons, education, retail, data centers and financial institutions
  4. 5 years experience managing budgets, P&Ls at least $20M of annual revenue
  5. Be able to travel for business when needed 15% of your time (DL Essential)
  6. Bachelor's degree
  7. OSHA 30 Certification
  8. Prior union negotiation experience with IUOE and service trades
  9. Working knowledge of industry leading CMMS programs
