Job Title: Community Manager - Residential

Location: Lompoc, CA

Salary: $90,000 to $100,000 plus full benefits package

Start Date: May 2020, ASAP

Job Type: Direct Hire - Permanent

Resourcing Group is working in partnership with a Global Facilities and Property Management provider who is looking to hire for the position Residential Community Manager.

The successful candidate must have experience managing a facilities / maintenance team within a residential community.

Main Responsibilities

* Managing the community in the most efficient and profitable manner possible, consistent with the company's goals and objectives.

* Managing, coaching and developing members of the property team.

* Overseeing financial reporting.

* Delivering the highest level of resident satisfaction through responsive, consistent, positive and professional interactions.

* Recruiting new team members, on boarding and training new employees.

ESSENTIAL Skills and Experience

  • 5 years minimum experience in a similar role within Property Management
  • 2-3 years supervisory Experience managing residential housing communities
  • Valid Drivers license is required
  • Knowledgeable in all phases of residential property facilities management
  • OSHA training and Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite to include Word, Excel and Windows XP. Experience with Yardi property management software preferred.
  • FMP or CFM certification, or any recognized HSE qualifications
  • High School Diploma
