Job description

Seeking an experienced Property Manager. Specifically, s/he is accountable for accounts located in Queens. Responsibilities include:

  • Directing, coordinating, and exercising functional responsibility for property management.

  • Track budget variances.

  • Ensure prompt collection of fees and oversee the billing process to ensure a smooth recovery process.

  • Ensure complete contract compliance and accurate timely reporting by maintaining interface with third party owners, as well as clients.

  • Overlook construction projects, including approving construction contract and invoices.

  • Manage 6-7 small-midsize COOP buildings with 580 total units.

MINIMUM Qualifications:

  • 5 years experience in residential COOP/CONDO in NYC

  • Know how to read a financial statement.

  • Must have knowledge of union rules, as well as contracts.

  • Knowledge of NYC local laws.

  • Knowledge of building operations.

  • Problems solving skills are essential.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent level of literacy and numeracy skills
