Contingency Recruitment

You can review our shortlisted resumes and interview our candidates with no fee attached. This can be for full-time and freelance/temporary staffing solutions. You will only pay a fee once you employ the successful candidate we have put forward.

Retained Searches

Retained recruitment searches are provided when a retained rate is paid. We will provide you with a dedicated team or consultant to source, interview and hire your C level and Vice President roles. When time, resources and commitment are even more critical, we will rigorously and exclusively focus on providing the most suitable and qualified candidate for you by using our screening and assessment based methodology.

On-Site Recruitment

For our NYC based clients or companies with NYC offices we can provide in-depth on-site recruitment and advisory services. As a temporary member of the team, we will partner with your hiring managers on site and take care of the recruiting details for them.
